OMG AG CS did the nicest thing!

Since Felicity's new accessories are a mixture of things that came with her purple traveling gown when it was seperate and her old meet accessories I wanted to get the only item I didn't have....the new purse/pouch. So when I was getting replacement bedding for Felicity and Samantha (Felicity's bled and Samantha's is a long story...it's in my album in my signature if your interested) I asked if I could buy the new purse/pouch as a replacement item. The very nice lady at CS who I had been corresponding with on several replacement issues was like, "don't worry I'll throw it in." When it came today I got the entire new accessories for free!!! It was very exciting [img]biggrin.gif[/img] I reccomend talking to her if you ever have replacement issues or want to buy a replacement part! She was great! I'll look up her name later when I get a chance!

I'm very happy for you! It sounds like CS was compensating you nicely for your troubles, but I wouldn't post her name her in case she could get in trouble at her job. Use PMing or e-mail if you want to share her name.
